Greetings 58!
Thank you for your question.
I have been given the names of two professionals who provide Artecoll
injections, by "Linda Briggs" - an independent cosmetic surgery
adviser. You can find a lot of useful information on her website:
http://www.lindabriggs.co.uk/
On her "Injectable Dermal Fillers" page she lists many of the dermal
fillers which are on the market, and has included links to sites where
you can get more info on each.

Both Jan Stanek and Saif Khan provide Artecoll injections in London.
You can contact them here:
J.J. Stanek
101, Harley Street
London W1N 1DF
Tel: (020) 7487 4454
Saif Khan
10 Harley Street
London W1G 9PF
Tel: 07970 600317
I ran a search on the "General Medical Council" website for both
individuals, but only Jan Stanek came up. Here are the results:
---------------------------------------
Registration number: 2223500
Name: Stanek, Jan Jiri
Postal town: London
Provisional registration date: 22/01/1975
Full registration date: 21/01/1976
Qualifications: BM BCh 1975 Oxfd
Specialist indicator: SR
Sex: Male
Notes:
This Qualifications field shows the doctor's primary medical
qualification - their first degree in medicine - and where and when
they qualified. There are many abbreviations for such degrees: MB,
ChB, MBBS, BS, MD are the most common. A doctor may have more than one
primary qualification.
'SR' in the specialist indicator field shows the doctor has completed
specialist training accredited by the Specialist Training Authority.
Doctors may also have many postgraduate qualifications but the GMC
does not record these because, unlike the primary qualification, they
do not conform to any system of comparable standards.
---------------------------------------
Linda informs me that Mr Khan is listed in The Medical Directory -
this is a two-volume book listing UK doctors and their qualifications.
It is published every year, and should be available in your local
library. You can look up a surgeon, and check his/her qualifications.
The Directory may also mention that he/she is a member of the The
British Association of Plastic Surgeons (i checked on BAAPS website
and neither Stanek or Khan is listed as a member)
Here's an article that talks about Jan Stanek:
"I sat there, face plastered in numbing cream, agreeing with him.
Well, I would, wouldnt I? Yet he was absolutely honest with me. The
Artecoll treatment would not remove my smile lines, just diminish
them. Since it is a mistake to over-correct first time, there would
be a necessary top-up in a couple of months to complete what I began
to imagine as builders filler. But he told me those lines had always
been there, and I had to accept that having a thin face means they
always show more. It was clear this was to be no miraculous
transformation, simply a blurring of reality. I was almost
disappointed.
At last I was lying on the couch, cream wiped off, antiseptic applied,
and Mr Stanek directed the needle towards my face. I expected pain,
and a part of me welcomed it... I am pleased to report the treatment
did not hurt at all. I have experienced worse pricks whilst sewing. He
injected and massaged the stuff in, up and down the lines each side -
and in less than fifteen moments I was sitting on a sofa pressing
icepacks to my cheeks. It was done. I took a train back home to Bath,
expecting people to stare. But, though slightly puffy, I did not look
like a hamster, and the next days slight bruising was easily covered
with foundation. Whats more, as the days passed nobody noticed any
difference. The face they saw was still mine."

Here another article where Jan Stanek comments on Michael Jackson's
new nose

I also found two articles on Dr Khan in "Femail" (Daily Mail)

According to Linda Briggs, the estimated cost is £400 per syringe.
