Howdy ifrassociates,

Please note the "Important Disclaimer: Answers and comments

I contacted the Foreign-Trade Zones Board at the U.S. Department
of Commerce at (202) 482-2862 and they said:

"The benefits are the same."

In other words, tribal free or foreign trade zones get the same
tariff treatment as non-tribal zones in the United States.

Search Strategy:

Google search on keywords "foreign trade zone" tribal
://www.google.com/search?q=%22foreign+trade+zone%22+tribal

I did further searches and got contact information at the U.S.
Department of Commerce Import Administration Foreign-Trade Zones
Board web page.

Their contact page is at:

If you need any clarification, feel free to ask.

Looking Forward, denco-ga
