Bluetooth is restricted in Israel due to the fact that the army have used these frequencies and now wants 14M$ in order to free them for civilian use. We had a similar issue with GSM frequencies but then there was someone that could pay... I have bought a Nokia 6310i in Israel but bluetooth (mene 11) is disabled. I have search the net and found that it is possible to re-enable it using flashing. However, flashing needs an expensive equipment and it is risky. I have two questions here: * Will bluetooth be enabled if I use flashing? * Is there a simpler way? |
