I was having problem with something and was wandering if you could
help me.

I required information / a website for the UK that would show me the
concentration of tourists in a pre defined area.

Or if the website could show me where the majority of Hotels were in a
predefined area.

or - if the site could show me a rough quantity of concentration of
tourists in an area anywhere in the UK.

For example:

London Paddington has over 200 hotels in and around it. 
Thus the amount of tourists there are much larger in comparison to
locals residing in the area.

Perhaps a way of seeing for example London, with different colours
portraying the quantity of hotels in a predefined area.

Obviously, Tourists hang out in Leicester square etc etc, but I need
to know in which areas in the UK huge clusters of hotels / bed and
breakfasts are located.

Or where backpackers flock to in large quantities.

Also, there is a webiste called www.upmystreet.com
This clarifies what residents are in the areas.

We need this sort of information for Tourists.

We do not need the address' of all b and bs and hotels, but processed
information that will show areas in the uk with the highest
conecentrations of hotels and bed and breakfasts.

This information must be for largely the whole of the UK, or cover
large areas!

Come on! There are so many talented researchers out there. One of you
must know the answer to this question!

I have been unable to find the detailed information you require.
Perhaps another researcher may be more succesful.
