How can I obtain a search with all the dry cleaning industry. When I
find "dry cleaning" most of the results are not off this industry

Hi, we need all the webs of this sector.

If I make a advanced search in google with many parameters like :

://www.google.com/search?as_q=&num=10&hl=es&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&btnG=B%C3%BAsqueda+en+Google&as_epq=dry+cleaning&as_oq=&as_eq=-hotel+-holidays+-travel&lr=&as_ft=i&as_filetype=&as_qdr=all&as_occt=any&as_dt=i&as_sitesearch=

Without the keywords hotel, holidays, travel google refine the results
but the results are not good.

How can I obtain all the webs off this industry?

regards,
Lucas

Hello lgisl-ga,

What information would you like to get about the dry cleaning
industry? What kind of results are you looking for? What country or
region are you interested in? The more information you give about the
purpose of your search, the more likely a researcher will be able to
help you. I look forward to your clarification.

Hi, I am Interesting in all the webs in the world.

If you can explain me how can I obtain all the webs of one country or
one region it's ok. Later I change the method to others countrys.

My problem is the results of the search, if I search in google :
"dry cleaning" -hotel -travel -holiday
The results are not only from this industry.

I supose the answer is not easy because I try many searches and the
results are too bad.

Lucas

Hello Lucas,

I'm afraid I'm still not following your question and don't understand
what you're looking for. What aspect of the drycleaning industry do
you want to research? What information are you trying to find? I'm
wondering about the search terms you're using. ["dry cleaning" -hotel
-travel -holiday] Why are you subtracting results with the terms
hotel, travel, holiday? When you search on "dry cleaning" you don't
get anything with these terms. Are you trying to include these terms?
Are you looking for dry cleaning for the hotel and travel industry?
Are you looking for information on getting dry cleaning done while
travelin? Please tell me more about what you're hoping to find.
Thanks.

Hi, I wan't all the webs of Dry Cleaning Industry.

When I search in google dry cleaning I obtain too many results and
more of this are relationed with hotels with this service, I don't
want hotel information with this service, I want only bussiness of the
Dry Cleaning Industry.

If I search in google "dry cleaning" -hotel -travel -holidays the
results are more ok but it's not good results because more of the
links are not of the Dry Cleaning Industry.

You now where I can obtain all the links with this industry?

Lucas

Lucas,

One more time please. We don't know what you mean when you say "I
wan't all the webs of Dry Cleaning Industry." WHAT do you want to find
out about the dry cleaining industry? Do you want a directory of dry
cleaners? Do you want to send mail to dry cleaners? Do you want to
sell them something? Do you want to know about the chemicals used? ...
the environmental impact requirements? ... how to run a dry cleaner?
... who are the biggest dry cleaners?

There is no way to answer your question until you explain what you
want to find out. I still don't have a clue after several
clarifications. Please explain the problem you're trying to solve,
otherwise no one will attempt to answer your question. Thanks very
much.

Hi, I want to make a directory of this industry.

Greetings, lgisl!

Please be aware that it is probably not possible for you find *all*
dry cleaning sites on the web. This is because not all of them may be
indexed by Google or any other Search Engine.

However, here are some ways to come up with an extremely LARGE number
of them:

This Search will show you links to all the categories which include
Dry Cleaning businesses listed in DMOZ/ODP (Directory Mozilla / Open
Directory Project), which is the source for Google's Directory. Many
of these categories are separated out by geographical area:

In terms of Google Searching, I think what you need is to enclose "dry
cleaning" in quotes -- this says "give me only sites with these two
words together in this order. Google will allow your search to include
up to 10 words to either include or exclude:

"dry cleaning" laundry -hotel -hotels -travel -holiday -equipment
-supplies
://www.google.com/search?q=%22dry+cleaning%22+laundry+-hotel+-hotels++-travel+-holiday+-equipment+-supplies&num=100&filter=1

Note that you will also need to search on the alternate spelling
"drycleaning":
drycleaning laundry -hotel -hotels -travel -holiday -equipment
-supplies
://www.google.com/search?q=drycleaning+laundry+-hotel+-hotels++-travel+-holiday+-equipment+-supplies&num=100&filter=1

Note also that these queries still give you 23,100 and 41,100 pages
respectively, and Google will only allow you to see the first 1,000 of
them in each of these searches. So, your best bet is run numerous
searches with one or two geographic terms added to the string I
supplied above, to narrow the list of results to something manageable.

Another alternative is to get a Researcher to write you a program
using the Google API (Application Program Interface) that will pull
and de-dupe these sites so that you can have more results, such as in
this previously-asked Question:

see what I can do for you.

I hope that this Answer provides exactly the information that you were
seeking!
