I need to know which countries in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe,
Central and South America require you to use agents or trading
companies in their country in order to do business.

Hi Joel,
This is quite a tall order. I can direct you to an URL that will
direct you on a country-by-country basis for all nations with US trade
agreements.
You can go to http://www.tcc.mac.doc.gov/cgi-bin/doit.cgi?205:70:762112438
and view reports of any of the countries that you may be interested
in. If anyone else wants to take the time to read these lengthy
documents and collect the $75.00, more power to you.
