Hi Docyury,
 
I'm not sure "teswapi" is spelled correctly, but either way, you
should be able to find the missing file on http://www.dll-files.com/,
which has the most common .dll files available for download.

linked to.

In computers, a dynamic link library (DLL) is a collection of small

scanner is often packaged as a DLL program (usually referred to as a
DLL file). DLL files that support specific device operation are known
as device drivers.

Are you sure that's spelled correctly?

I haven't found the file you asked for, but the closest file I could
find is shlwapi.dll, I don't know if that's what you need, but if it
is, u can download it from:
