I, too, came across the cedro.com site. Following some of the
information there helped me track some additional leads. I followed
links from place to place and now I can’t remember exactly how I found
some of the information so my search terms may not include everything
I used. The company’s current Web page is not helpful for finding
background information on them but I found an older version of the
site that fills in some of the gaps you’re looking for. I was able to
find lots of vendors who will imprint the Page’Up products for you
along with some of the imitators. I wasn’t able to find anything with
the company name “The Paperstand Store.”
I think your best bet for getting additional information is to make
contact with some of the sources I’ve listed and see if you can find
some hard information on this elusive company. Since NiceToys claims
to be the authorized vendor in the US they seem like the best place to
start. I hope these search results will get you closer to what you
need.

This is a French company by the same name (hence mypageup for the
paper stand company).
I somehow came across a directory of files containing historical
versions of the mypageup.com web site. I found the following
information at the links originationg at the file labeled Site2. I’m
finding that it’s hit or miss on whether the site will come up. Thank
goodness I copied and pasted the information.
