Hello,

I use the change tracking and mostly the comment bubbles on the right
which come in red or purple.

I've noticed in one document that some of them disappeared and a small
red vertical mark remain where they were inserted. I move the courses
close to them and insert an empty comment and delete it to make the
one which disappeared appear.

I used the Markup command under View and made sure the Comments
selection was selected, deselected and selected.. no help.

I exchange documents between different people and they might be using
an older version of Word.

I wonder if that was the reason?
