Here they are:
1. West Side Story: In this updating of the "Romeo and Juliet" story,
young lovers Maria and Tony are caught between two warring street
gangs in New York City, the "American" Jets and the Puerto Rican
Sharks.
2. Fiorello!: Fiorello LaGuardia breaks the political stranglehold of
Tammany Hall on New York City and becomes its mayor.
3. My Fair Lady: In a variation on Shaw's "Pygmalion," linguistics
professor Henry Higgins tries to teach a Cockney flower girl, Eliza
Doolittle, how to speak and act like a lady.
4. Carousel: A smooth-talking carousel barker, Billy Bigelow, falls in
love with and marries a mill worker, Julie Jordan. Years after he dies
tragically, he is given a chance to return for a day and teach her
about the life lessons he has learned.
5. Annie Get Your Gun: Buffalo Bill persuades Annie Oakley, a
sharpshooter, to join his Wild West Show, where she falls madly in
love with Frank Butler the shooting ace. She soon shoots better than
he does, which is good for business, bad for romance.
6. 42nd Street: In this musical within a musical, Dorothy, the
leading lady of "Pretty Lady," breaks her ankle during a dress
rehearsal before the big Broadway opening. That leaves it to Peggy
Sawyer, a chorus girl, to save the show. She's successful and becomes
a big star.
7. Cabaret: An English cabaret performer, Sally Bowles, and an
American writer, Clifford Bradshaw, fall in love at Berlin's Kit Kat
Klub at the start of the Third Reich. Their lives and the lives of
those around them are affected by the changing political climate of
the era.
8. Where's Charley?: Oxford University students Charley and Jack
invite Kitty and Amy to lunch under the chaperoning eye of Donna
Lucia, Charley's wealthy aunt. The aunt doesn't appear, so a desperate
Charley disguises himself as his aunt. But Amy's uncle falls for the
"aunt."
I was able to find synopses of these plays by searching within the
following sites:
Musicals.net

Music Theatre International

TheatreMania.com

The only exception was for the summary of "Fiorello!," which wasn't on
those sites. If found a plot summary by using the following Google
search:
fiorello musical review

This was a fun topic to research, as I was able to reminisce about the
musicals I've seen. I hope this fully answers your question.
