Can someone give me step by step directions for moving netscape mail
over to outlook express?  The computer is running OS 9, netscape
version is 4 something and outlook express is the most recent version.

In Outlook Express, try going to File | Import | Messages to import
the messages from the Netscape mailbox. Let me know if that works.

It allows me to import the inbox, but not any subfolders.  It does ask
which folders I would like to import, and even though I select the
other folders it fails to import them.. I was wondering if I was
missing something..

When you chose Import, Messages, did you navigate to the folder
holding those messages? Other than that, I can't think of any reason
why they were not imported.
