Indeed, what is the purpose of any individual? The predominant proto-concept which confounds us all is an inextricable component of the hierarchical distinction between chaos and creation. If the quasi-nihilistic pattern of existential consensus holds, we are forced to choose between postcultural absurdity and implicit hyperreality, and the investment banker (along with the archetypal protohuman meta-soul) is lost in the nebulosum of hyperverbosity. |

My guess is an investment banker is employed by the trust department of a traditional bank to supply advice to bank customers reguarding how they can best invest their money for safety and growth. Typically the bank insists that they reguard only the best interests of the customers of the bank while other investment advisers are typically looking for finders fees/commissions and other income for the advisor. At worst the latter is a slick talking con man. The investment banker will occasionally be less than helpful because of stupidity and/or personel ambition, but he is likely to be fired by the bank if management becomes aware of bad advice being given their valuable customers. If you have only a tiny amount of money, expect to pay a fee for investment banking advice and research. Unfortunately paying a fee does not guarentee good advice. Neil |

Magnesium-ga please note that I had a lot of questions about finance or loans in this website because I was in the search of 'leading financial organizations' of the world but please note again that I have now located those organizations and my above mentioned mission has now completed. I hope this statement would solve the previous and present comment of magnesium-ga. |

Shoaib, Honey: Consider this: if the property you are trying to finance were actually worth what you are trying to raise to buy it, don't you think someone who does have the money would have bought it by now? Wouldn't it be easier and far more profitable to just open a McDonald's franchise? Your chances of getting financing would be a lot better. First the burgers, then the vacation property? You gotta start somewhere, honey. Would you like that supersized? elcon |
