I couldn't really find any one web site which sells all of the above
items but I did find quite a few sites which sell these individually.

For Bosch appliances, I visited the web site for the company and
searched for online dealers.
The result was this list:

A good site I found for Baldwin is the Baldwin Brass Depot [

with these products.
