I am thinking of setting up a business selling mainly sports tickets
for events globally. How would I go about becoming a ticket agency
selling from the UK and what hurdles / costs are involved?

When I say sports events, this would mainly consist of high profile
football (soccer) matches (such as English Premier League / Champions
League etc), although all other sports also.
