All of the major executive recruiting firms -- such as Heidrick &
Struggles, Christian & Timbers or Spencer Stuart -- handle searches
for board-level positions. Unless you can be more specific in what
you're seeking, it might be best to refer to something like the
"Directory of Executive Recruiters," a printed guide that's now in its
30th edition.
