Hello  errol-ga  and please note that I am satisfied with your 
excellent and beautiful answer but please provide a little  more 
clarification  of your answer. I want to know that Griffin  Securities
organization  can  'complete   and  close'  the  property  transaction
 process  so that I shall  be able to  'apply' to that organization
for purchase of property in South America for  'investment'? Thanks 
for  your help  and I am  looking forward  to hearing from you.
