Greetings, Richard!

As I'm sure you've already determined, websites with the coveted Page
Rank of 7 or higher are few and far between, and those which relate to
fishing are even more rare.

However, I've conducted an extensive search for you in the Google
Directory -- a handy place to look, because they show a little Page
Rank bar graph next to each website.

fisheries resources and promote sportfishing."

I found these using the Google Search:

fishing site:directory.google.com
://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=fishing+site%3Adirectory.google.com

In addition, since Page Rank is a major factor in Google's Search
Results, a check of the top results for the search word "fishing" --
with the Google Toolbar turned on to check Page Rank -- shows the
following sites with PR7 or higher:

Saltwater Fishing Home Page
http://www.wmi.org/saltfish

Fishing World
http://www.fishingworld.com

I found these using the Google Search:

fishing
://www.google.com/search?q=fishing+

However, there are TONS of fishing sites with PR6, and links on these
would be helpful in boosting your Page Rank, too. You can find them
using the two Search methods I listed above.

Before Rating my Answer, if you have any questions about the
information I have given, please post a Request for Clarification, and
I will be glad to see what I can do for you.

I hope that this Answer provided exactly the information that you
needed!
