We are looking at trying out an incentive program to encourage
visitors to our website www.investsafe.com  to open an account once
they requested an info kit. The preference is for a program that is
scalable, rewards to size of account. Frequent flyer, coolsavings,
mypoints, are examples of the types of programs we had in mind.

What are some of the better and more popular incentive programs that
are out there? What are the pros and cons of the (5 or 6) major ones ?
What do they cost?  Which ones might do well for our website?
