Greetings Jochein:
According to TOS, a Researcher is not allowed to give out private
information about an individual. Also, the two phone numbers you list
are cell phone numbers and cannot be traced as yet by current lookups.
I visited a cell phone confirmation site (not a reverse phone number
lookup site - only a confimation of cell service) at
http://www.primeris.com/fonefind/ and entered the area code and
prefix.
It showed that the number beginning 917-362 is serviced by the company
OMNIPOINT COMMUNICATIONS, INC. - NY
See http://www.primeris.com/fonefind/findome.php?npa=917&nxx=362&usaquerytype=Search+by+Number&cityname=
and the number beginning 917-703 is serviced by the company CINGULAR
WIRELESS NY
See http://www.primeris.com/fonefind/findome.php?npa=917&nxx=703&usaquerytype=Search+by+Number&cityname=
I suggest you contact each company and state your problem as I'm
certain they would not support a customer making intentional crank
calls. It may be that they can block the number from contacting you.
At the very least, you may be able to file a nusiance report with the
cell phone providers. Due to privacy, they may not share the names
with you but they should be able to follow up with their customer.

Wow, it's difficult to believe that the companies didn't have some way
of assisting you. I'd think they would have measures in place to deal
with this type of thing - they certainly should be able to do
something.
Cell phone number are still non-searchable to date so unless you
engaged the services of a private detective, there's no sure way to
discover the name(s) of the people making the calls. I searched the
numbers using normal channels because had they been from a business, I
would have been able to give you that information (since it *is*
business and not personal) but the searches returned no information.
Then, I searched the area code and prefix as I showed in my answer and
discovered that they were, indeed, cell phone numbers.
Your next choice might be to contact local law enforcement and make a
report of harrassment regarding the phone calls. That would be my
next step if I was in your position. Have you also contacted your
phone company to make a complaint as well?
