I plan to create an All-Channel TV Guide for the Hotbird Satellite.

Since I can not read Arabic, I need some help.
I was planning to hire some Students who can read Arabic. (Parttime)

What would be the best way to find those Students?
Any Newsgroups, Newspapers, Magazines, WebSites or Mailing-Lists?

As a recent undergraduate myself, the best strategy I can suggest is
contacting student groups directly. If you send them a succinct blurb
advertising the job (with approximate times, total time commitment,
hourly pay [should probably be around $20-25/hour], and a brief
description of your overall project), they'll most likely forward it
to their respective mailing-lists or perhaps post it on their web
pages.
 
One such organization is the Harvard Society of Arab Students. You can
contact them through the e-mail address listed on

student organizations at other universities, most with their own
mailing lists.

Since summer is approaching fast, one additional option might be
