My question is regarding unclaimed property. I want to set up a
business that helps people locate unclaimed property. I am running
into two problems. What are the individual state laws (ie. the max
percentage you can charge someone, the time you must wait before you
can solicit business) regarding unclaimed property. The second part
is if you locate someone and their money, how do you get them to pay
you and not go directly through the state?

I am familiar with the state websites but they don't seem to have the
details that I am looking for. Thank you for your help.
