Hello!

According to the SEC's website regarding 10k anuual submittal, in a
nutshell it should be filed within 90 of the fiscal year's end, but
amendments can be made past that date. You can read the complete
excerpt regarding 10k filing dates here:

"Annual reports on this form shall be filed within 90 days after the
end of the fiscal year covered by the report. Transition reports on
this form shall be filed in accordance with the requirements set forth
in § 240.13a-10 or § 240.15d10 applicable when the registrant changes
its fiscal year end. However, all schedules required by Article 12 of
Regulation S-X may, at the option of the registrant, be filed as an
amendment to the annual report not later than 120 days after the end
of the fiscal year covered by the report or, in the case of a
transition report, not later than 30 days after the due date of the
report."

To see the specific SEC page this answer came from, which contains
more information about 10k annual filings (and this is also the form
for them):

Likewise, the 10q form should be filed within 45 days after the end of
each fiscal quarter (not the 4th quarter though because that's covered
by the annual report-10k).

"Form 10-Q shall be used for quarterly reports under Section 13 or
15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, filed pursuant to Rule
13a-13 (17 CFR 240.13a-13) or Rule 15d-13 (17 CFR 240.15d-13). A
quarterly report on this form pursuant to Rule 13a-13 or Rule 15d-13
shall be filed within 45 days after the end of each of the first three
fiscal quarters of each fiscal year. No report need be filed for the
fourth quarter of any fiscal year."

them)

I would also recommend visiting the SEC's site in general, it has a
wealth of information on filing electronically, and all forms for
filing can be downloaded off their site.
Main page: http://www.sec.gov/

Download 10k and 10q forms:

Information on electronic filing: http://www.sec.gov/info/edgar.shtml
and http://www.sec.gov/edgar.shtml

Additionally, the SEC's search found in the upper right corner isn't
so great at bringing back results for questions you might have. I
would reccommend using their "Fast Answers" instead, which point to a
lot more helpful FAQs, and you can browse and read through Frequently
Asked Questions about filing. The FAQs are also written in much
plainer human-friendly English than most of the site's content.

Good luck getting it all in on time!

Sincerely,
