I plan to create an All-Channel TV Guide for the Hotbird Satellite. 
 
Since I can not read Arabic, I need some help. 
I was planning to hire some Students who can read Arabic. (Parttime) 

Since American and European students might be to expensive for me,
I am now planning to hire Students in Arabic Countrys!

The work will be done via eMail and the Internet,
and is mainly translating Arabic TV-Schedules into English ones. 
 
What would be the best way to find those Students? 
Any Newsgroups, Newspapers, Magazines, WebSites or Mailing-Lists?
