The information does not seem to be easily found, but for email, I
would try all variations of their names, send them all at once as CC's
and the one that is not returned *might* be it.  Unfortunately Lisa
Brown is a common name.

Isn't it against Google Answers policy to publish someone's e-mail
address?

The AOL website has a CONTACT US link on its website where any
interested individual could submit an e-mail message that would
undoubtedly be forwarded to the properly named individual/corporate
officials, and therefore an exact e-mail address is not needed.  It
would also be easy to find out the mailing address and phone numbers
from the website or from business directories available online or at
any public library.
