Hullcapital,

Just want to check....are you familiar with the details of the
Consumer Price Index and the government's "market basket"? The CPI
measure of inflation is computed based on the actual prices of a whole
host of goods and services in the following categories:

     Food and beverages
     Housing
     Apparel
     Transportation
     Medical care
     Recreation
     Education and communication
     Other goods and services

Is it your intent to create your own "market basket" with the items
you listed, or would details of the trends in the CPI categories
(along with salary trend information) meet your needs?

Hello Hullcapital-ga,

Here's the data on the five that you listed as your priorities. I
hope the data tables survive the posting process (often, they do not,
but I find the rows of dots helps a lot).

If you think gas has gotten expensive, take a look at tuition!!!!

If anything is not clear, or needs elaboration, just let me know
through a Request for Clarification, and I'll be glad to assist you
further.
