Well, a couple of things.

1.  Where do I even find a listing of available bars for sale.  (I
would rather buy an established bar as I have heard that getting a
liquor license in Boston is a night-mare.)

2.  Simply, what is involved?  Will I be able to make a decent living?
 (Tried talking to some bar owners, but they all seem kind of
hush-hush about the whole thing.)

3.  I have heard that there is an organized crime aspect to the whole
thing - protection $ and such.  In that case, I want nothing to do
with it.

4.  What should I be aware of?  Regulations, etc.
