As part of my search for a software engineering job, I'm trying to
saturate the internet with copies of my resume. I already paid $60 to
http://resumerabbit.com to automatically submit my resume to a bunch
of job post sites like monster.com . Are there any other web sites
that do a better job of this, or that have some other effective way of
getting my resume out to where recruiters will see it?

I have found a long list of similar companies who will be able to post
your resume to search sites such as Monster.com and several appear to
email employers and recruiters directly.

How about, from your list, you give me:
1) All the companies that do the same thing as resumerabbit.com, but
for free. (If none are free, then the give me a couple of the cheapest
ones.)
2) All the companies that email companies directly and/or submit to
corporate web sites instead of just job search pages.
