The first thing did was to check the site itself,
http://www.permaworld.org/ , by simply accessing it. It seems indeed
to belong to a company calling itself "Permaworld Foundation",
promoting their rather nebulous
"work-from-home-earn-lots-of-money-and-help-the-environment" program.
But it is, of course, not at me to criticize this enterprise and their
business concept.
In the site menu, there is a "contact" button; it took me to the list
with addresses of Permaworld's bureaus in the USA, Australia, Canada,
and Panama. Not to my surprise, there were only P.O. boxes but no
street addresses and phone numbers listed.
Then, I checked the status of the www.permaworld.org domain at the
Domain Whois Database of www.AllWhois.com. This is the result:

The postal address matches the one mentioned on the website. So the
owner of the domain and the company running the website are indeed
Permaworld. But please note that I did not call the phone number, so I
can't guarantee it is valid.
Just for curiosity, I also checked the ownership of
http://www.permaworld.com at the Domain Whois Database of NIC.com.
Here, the registrant is also the Permaworld Foundation in Panama. But
additionally, there is contact information for an administrative
contact:

Again, I can't confirm if all parts of the contact information are
really valid or just made-up. Apart of that, the domain

Dubious as the entire company may look, at least www.permaworld.org
really seems to be their website, provided that there is no major fake
or fraud with the name Permaworld going on.
