I am looking for the obituary of Bruce Mckenzie former Kenyan Minister
of Agriculture who died over Uganda in plane explosion and  URL of his
CIA files.

As the commenters have noted, the URL of the CIA files cannot be
found, but would the obituary be considered a good enough answer?

Also, I searched the name at the public access CIA search and received
no files.  I doubt you'll be able to access them either.

I want to thank the two people that answered me with helpful comments.
 The Dr Chung ga gets my special thanks since he found the Obit in the
Times.  I was really not just looking for the details of the spy's
death but the name of his daughter who I believe married the bodyguard
who was on payroll as an assasin.  The bodyguards first name is Brian.

Actually what you need, like most of other people here, is very easy
to find on the web for me because I can access almost all the main
paid databases (no matter how expensive) in the world.But somehow
GOOGLE earlier chose not to include me as their researcher and so I
can only offer help as a commentator when I have time. But I know I
should not give too much free service because it will affect the
income of other hired researchers, and also it is not so fair to
me.And so my help had better end here.

me.And then I can definitely help crack many of the questions still
left unanswered here and there.

very kind.  I believe the rest of the information could be found at
the Daily Nation in Kenya during that period but of course I do not
