This is a two part question, and the second part is not
that important but I still would like to get some feedback.

1) What are some of the lease assumption sites that facilitate
taking over auto leases from people in distress or from
dealers/leasing firms looking to complete leases from cars
that have be repossesed? I am thinking of selling my car
and getting a lease from someone else if I can get a good
deal, and wanted to get more information both on where the
sites are, how this works, which are the best and pros and
cons.

2) Other related question - I own my car outright, do auto
loan companies and banks do auto financing on these or only
do them like a person loan with the car backing it?
Think I tried to do this 10 years ago, but could not refinance
my car except for at a high rate.

Thanks.
