I need the complete lyrics for this song, here is what I was able to make out from a cassette, but I need the complete lyrics please. I am not sure who sings this song, my recording comes from a choir who sang it a few years ago and we have been unable to get the lyrics or more info from them. Lyrics I have: Dear Spirit lead me to the Saviors side where my poor soul I may in safety hide ?? divide now? hanging over me And shall until thy faithful lord I see ?? Dear spirit lead me to his side where my poor soul i may in safety hide i place my hand in thine oh take this soul of mine lead on till i behold my lord crucified for thy sure guidence I?? not always sought, pride sparked me on to think as others thought that i alone could surely find a way from ages thine to realms of endless day I know thou wilt, unworthy tho i be safe lead me on my risen lord to see my loved ones too long have gone before to joy? their to part no more I have been researching this for a local choir but have all but given up. Maybe this service will work for us? If lyrics are unavailable and you could find who sings this song, we can order the cd and get the words from the original but we need to be sure it is the right song (please only from personally hearing it). HELP! | |

Wow, what a leap. From hymns to tans in one question: we start with the Son, and end with the Sun! ;-) Each of these sites offers a selection of home tanning lamps: SummerTan http://www.summertan.com/Catalog/sunlamps_-_tanning_lamps_83826_products.htm HealthyTan http://www.healthytan.com/ht-products-tabletop.htm PromoLife http://www.promolife.com/products/sunlamp.htm OutdoorGirl http://www.outdoorgirl.com/facialtanningunits.htm TheHealthStore http://www.thstore.com/thstore/mini_shop_beautyTan2.htm HeartlandTan http://www.heartlandtan.com/facials.html Unfortunately, you'll find that most of the products offered by the sites above are quite pricey. The least expensive option I've seen is the $99.95 EuroSolar Facial Lamp, sold here: Healthy Tan http://www.healthytan.com/es-eurosolar.htm I would be wary of the EuroSolar, though. Another site has this to say about it: "The only sunlamp competition here in the U.S. - We don't offer this sunlamp. We feel its low power is inadequate and ineffective. This info for your reference only. This is the only competition in the U.S. to our Sperti sunlamps. Yes, it looks good sitting on the counter, however, they are very weak - Only 60 watts of power. We don't sell these sunlamps because we feel that are not reasonably effective for tanning. We have purchased and tested this unit - they are sold under several names and they range in price from $89 to $149. They have only four 15 watt bulbs for a total of only 60 watts. In our opinion, they are very weak and are not very effective. These 'euro' sunlamps have only 60 watts of power, our sunlamps have 700 or 800 watts of tanning power. " SummerTan http://www.summertan.com/Catalog/european_model_facial_tanner_727571.htm I found a Phillips sun lamp (it looks similar to the EuroSolar) at eBay: eBay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3027388456&category=294 Also at eBay is this cheap-looking tanning lamp (if you bid on this, notice that the shipping and handling is $22.50. Yikes.) eBay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2931569801&category=11862 Another cheapie, this one at Yahoo! Auctions: Yahoo! Auctions http://page.auctions.shopping.yahoo.com/auction/72004238?aucview=0x23 Search terms used: "small sun lamp" "tabletop sun lamp" "facial sun lamp" "small sunlamp" "tabletop sunlamp" "facial sunlamp" "tanning lamp" I hope some of this information will be useful. I'm sorry I couldn't find better-priced options, but the market appears to be primarily in the $200 and up range. I don't think I would trust the El Cheapo sun lamps, considering that I would literally be risking my skin. If anything is unclear, or if a link does not function, please request clarification; I'll be glad to offer further assistance before you rate my answer. Best wishes, pinkfreud |

Hello troy_is_falling, I found a few references to the song. It appears to have been written by Charles Austin Miles (music) and John Bell (lyrics). Perhaps this will help another researcher come up with the lyrics. This website seems to have the lyrics in Japanese http://members3.cool.ne.jp/~promises/S-500.html Googlenut |

googlenut I really cannot make use of the japanese. pinkfreud I have been unable to confirm that the song is the correct one even after contacting the person who runs that website. We have another source for obtaining the lyrics however. I am going to post an ammendment with a new question. Please answer with only as much research as you wish as you have already done research for me and came closest to an answer even though it was not what we were looking for. |
