Hi, barryp-ga:

Thanks for posting this interesting question. The price you've
offered is consistent with an answer containing a single link and/or
brief description. See here for the Google Answers price guidelines:

http://answers.google.com/answers/pricing.html

I can provide such an answer for you that addresses parts 1 and 2, and
also give you a technically accurate answer to part 4 which may fall
short of what you actually wanted to learn.

Please advise me whether such a concise answer is acceptable, or if
you prefer to await another researcher who may take such an interest
in your question that they are willing to provide a complete response
for the $2 offered price. I believe that the effort to produce a
complete answer to your multi-part question might merit as much as the
$50 figure mentioned in the guidelines above, esp. if resources
outside of the Web must be consulted.

However the most important guideline is to price your question based
on the value that the information holds for you. In this way
researchers can make an informed decision about responding.

Hey barryp-ga'

I agree you need to pay more to get the answer. But because I can
assess the data in question easily, I don't mind helping a bit,and for
free! because I am only a commentator. But I don't think it is proper
for me to tell the whole answer because it will affect the job of
other hired researchers here. Firstly, Ahmed Chalabi seems to be a
mispelling of Ahmad Chalabi. His PhD thesis, completed in 1970,was
titled "On the Jacobson Radical of a Group Algebra".For other
details,I think it is better for other paid researchers to finish, or,
if I may suggest, you may try to phone Ahmad Chalabi. It is not that
impossible as you might think.

Best wishes.
Joe

Hi, "dr_chung-ga":

It may be more difficult than you imagine to telephone Dr. Chalabi.
As the head of the Iraqi National Congress with ties to the American
government (esp. in the Pentagon), he is a key player in Bush
administration efforts to form a secular democratic government in
Iraq.
