Hi 4eyes-ga,

Though I haven't successfully found a free reverse-search service, I
did come across a pay service that can give you the address and
customer name (if available) associated with an 800 number for $77
(where you pay nothing if they can't find a result).

If you are interested in this information please let me know and I'll
post it as an answer.
