Are you sure they currently have a company in Bermuda? The only
reference I could find was to a former "shell" company that was
depicted as a scam.
I presume you have already contacted the Toronto office to ask about
Bermuda information. I also have the address and phone for the Toronto
office, and the mailing address for their Virgin Island office.
If you would like this information, let me know and I will post it in
an answer.

Thank you for your reply.I have the Toronto Office and BVI
information. The Toronto office advised me that the head office is in
Bermuda.I am attempting to contact the head office and the directors.
Presently some friends and myself have millions of dollars invested
with Sabourin and Sun and we are trying to get our money back.I would
appreciate any information about the former “Shell” company that was
depicted as a scam.Robert

Sorry to hear about your recent investment loss. I have several
contacts in Bermuda and am asking around to see if any of them know of
a contact address and/or telephone number in Bermuda re: Sabourin.
Unfortunately, in these cases, what normally happens is that once any
kind of impropriety, scandal, etc comes to the forefront, all contact,
notices (legal or otherwise), etc. are automatically diverted to
appointed agents for the company and/or any liquidators or
administrators that may have been appointed. This means that in
reality, you may be unable to contact any of the directors directly
unless and until some kind of court action proceeds.
I may not be able to find you any information which is substantially
different from what umiat has already found (the KYC reference which
umiat has given is excellent, by the way). As pointed out, it is
subscription based and I believe you need to pay something like $10 to
access each article.
If I find out anything further, I will let you know.

Just following up from my previous clarification to say that
unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any further information re:
contact details of Sabourin in Bermuda.
Your best bet would probably be to engage someone to run a formal
companies search for you in Bermuda. A basic search starts at around
US$300 - if you want more detail e.g. a Supreme Court search as well,
then the cost is about double.
You may also get some leads from the articles that umiat suggested
previously.
