Dear Beatle,
I have found Ebay.com to be the best site for this kind of bargain,
followed by Yahoo! Auctions and Overstock.com
For example, when searching Froogle.com for bargain jewelry, a
comparative examination of Gold Diamond & Amethyst Rings, brings up
several under $100, most from these sites. The normal price of such a
ring is between $150 and up to $500.
Another possible store Catalog City, where a braclet, similar to that
which normally costs $450, costs only $119.
The Home Shopping Network was one more site, where 14K Classic
Cultured Pearl Jewelry Set, which normally costs more than $300, costs
only $119. A similar offer was found in Brand Names Discounts.
My search strategy:
==================
Searching Froogle (www.froogle.com) for several jewelry pieces that
normally cost between $100 and $500 and compare the prices. Froogle
actually enable you to search for an item in several stores at the
same time, finding the most suitable option (price, shipping, etc.)
for you. It also enables an additional search through eBay, Amzon, and
other shopping sites.
