Depends on the company and the negotiation of the executive and the
board/ownership.

Some non-fortune 500 companies will send their top people away for two
weeks or more all expenses paid to top vacation spots.  Some Fortune
500 companies probably do less.

It really depends on the company and what the person themselves can
negotiate rather than be a standard.

Good point. I just wondered whether there are any general statistics,
Fortune 500 or otherwise, that indicate how much money companies
invest to keep their executives happy.
