we (2 passngers) are interested in hiring a car and chauffer to drive
in Europe from Milan to Pesaro, Pesaro to Vienna,  Vienna to Warsaw
with overnights on the way. A leisurely 11  day trip.  Stops and
overnights are not yet determined except 2-3 nights in Pesaro for the
music festival, 2-3 nights in Vienna and 2 nights in Warsaw.  We
arrive Milan   and  depart Warsaw. We'd like to contact  a travel
agency that can plan this trip.  We go from Seattle and retuen to
Seattle.  Alternatively we go to and from New York

involve luxury car rentals, motor homes, and chauffeur drives. I gave
them a call and talked to Shasha who was very knowledgeable and
helpful. The work frequently with an Italian company which can provide
a driver out of Milan. He will be able to speak English and Italian,
but will likely not be able to speak German, Polish, or other
languages on your tour. He can also provide guided tour information
for your Italian cities, but again will probably have limited
knowledge of Vienna or Warsaw. However, if you have a set itinerary,
you may not need a driver knowledgeable in these areas.

I was quoted a price range of $600 to $1,000 a day based on the exact
car selected, and other details. For this price, you get a car and
driver at your disposal for the chosen number of days. Please call the
number above and talk to a representative for more information.

After calling several such companies, I think this is your best bet.
There are not a lot of large, reputable companies focusing on this
segment, as I discover! So I won't go into a lot of detail on my
less-satisfactory contacts. However, below are some other options for
you to consider should this choice not be acceptable.
