Where can I buy spares parts (new control panel) for my Slamman

Hello johnkitching,
I searched Google for "slamman" and determined that the product is
sold by "Fitness Quest" www.fitnessquest.com . Their phone number is
(800)321-9236. I called this number and spoke with "Denise" and she
told me the following:

You can't buy the control panel (she refered to it as the electronics)
off of the web site. You must call the 800 number. She quoted me a
price of $31.90.

This info should allow you to order your replacement control panel.

One problem, I tried fitnessquest but they want $40 delivery to the UK
(more than the cost of the unit). Is there anywhere I can buy one from
in the UK? Do I need to post another question?

BTW, this is the first time I've used Google Answers, very impressive.

John, sorry the outcome of your first Google Answers experience was
not more satisfactory. I doubt that anyone will be able to find a
source for your part in the UK. I did call the manufacturer again this
morning and found out that they ship by FED-EX. Their only suggestion
was that you might have a friend in the USA purchase the part and get
it to you by some less expensive means. Is there any possibility that
your part is covered by warranty?
