Hello rsquared-ga ,

I was able to locate one online vendor for Fresh Start Laundry Detergent
Super concentrated - 44 loads.
Price $46.82

They only have one left in stock. Would you be interested in this information?

Thanks

Wow, not exactly cheap, eh? I guess that's what happens when you only
have one left! Thanks for hunting that down. I think I'll save my
$47 this time around though.

Cheers.

The vendor states:

Fresh Start Laundry Detergent
List Price: $72.03
Our Price: $46.82

This is a liquid laudry detergent and it says shipping weight 31.

I guess this is a extra large size detergent.

I went back to the website and found out why this detergent is so expensive.

The price is for a pack of six detergents.

Well, whoever is manufacturing it now must have changed it because I
don't think it was ever available in liquid form. Oh well ~ my life
won't end. Thanks for researching!

Colgate Palmolive, which used to make Fresh Start, does not appear to
now:

"Fabric Care: Laundry Detergent"
Colgate-Palmolive
http://www.colgate.com/cp/corp.class/care_products/fabriccare/products_laundrydetergent.jsp

Perhaps this explains why the Fresh Start that bobbie7-ga found is so
expensive.

discontinued :) however not withstanding that my mother's use and now
mine of gain/downey and bounce has always had people sniffing my
clothes ;)....

that $47 package may be a decent deal, if only short lived.

I hate when my favorites are discontinued especially when I know they
are better but marketing failed them.

There is a liquid Fresh Start 2000 and you can order by calling
1-877-281-0797
It's a gallon of concentrated all purpose cleaner and degreaser. You
can use 2 oz. in your laundry. You can also use it as a pre-wash, use
it for windows, plastic, to remove chewing gum, stains from carpet
(vacuum or with a machine), jewelry, swimming pools, furniture, vinyl
or convertible tops, boats, motorcycles, cars, concrete driveways,
metal surfaces, floors of all kinds, car engines, ovens, stoves,
grills. I was give a pint to try and it has removed alot! I am
impressed with Fresh start 2000. I used it on a shirt that had an ink
stain on it; which has been washed and dried a few times. It came
out. I have used it on my diamond jewelry and gemstones; they sparkle
better with the use of Fresh Start than anything I've ever used on
them. I also used it on my molding of my car to remove gum. I just
blotted the gum with Fresh Start and waited two minutes then I wiped
it away with a paper towel. I also removed a black scuff mark from a
pair of light colored canvas type shoe. It was tar from the new
street they had put in. I believe in this product! If you have used
it before you should try it; you won't use anything else but, Fresh
Start. It's non- flammable, non-abrasive, no phosphates, Meets EPA
Standard, USDA accepted. A gallon will last along time because you
dilute it with water for the different surfaces or items you'll use it
on.
