once I again, I am aware of Brooke Satchwell.  It is definately not
Brooke, I live in Australia.  Brooke's torso is a lot larger or her
nose is broader and her cheekbones are higher and although she is a
babe her stomach isn't that flat and her hips are quite a bit wider
than this skinny thing.

Hint to researchers, the resolution of the picture is 1280x1024 and it
has a plain white background - looks a lot like a desktop wallpaper. 
Try looking at wallpaper sites for an answer.

Got the answer. Her name is Shiri Appleby (actress).  Not sure how to
post this as an answer, because it's my first day with Google Answers.
