Hello howyoudo - nice to see you here again!

After searching on various sites, I believe the earliest available
edition of this book is a 1918 copy:

Port Washington, N. Y.
Sherwin Cody Course in English, 1918
Soft Cover. Fine [condition]
34 pages. Has photographs.

Price: US$ 8.00

The only other copy I found is from 1955:

There is also a 1928 booklet which sounds rather similar. As well as
the nearly-matching title, it also has photographs and almost the same
number of pages as the 1918 book:

Cody, Sherwin
HOW YOU CAN MASTER GOOD ENGLISH IN A SHORT TIME
Sherwin Cody School of English. Rochester, NY. 1928.
Blue wraps with black lettering on the front cover only.
32 pages. Booklet advertising the course consists of a general outline
of materials; why you need this course; endorsements from satisfied
students; etc. Two page center photo illustration showing all the
materials the student will get.

In case the links above don't work, you can check these details by
entering "How you can master good English" on the AbeBooks search page
at:
http://dogbert.abebooks.com/servlet/BookSearch

The Library of Congress has no record of this book, so I was unable to
confirm the 1890 publication date for you.

I also checked other sites selling antique/used books, and the ebay
auction site, but found nothing more.

I hope you will have the book soon!
If you need any further help with this, please don't hesitate to
request 'clarification' and I will do my best.
