B.I.A.G seems to be a scam, non geniune and possibly illegal offer. It
seems that B.I.A.G is harvesting your details, and maybe also tries to
convince you to pay them, while giving false promises of money (or
goods) distribution.

If you are a US citizen, you are encouraged to contact the Federal
Trade Comission (www.ftc.gov) with the details you have (their letter,
etc.).
