Perhaps it would be best to say how does one get the cheapest prices,
(and low
volume requirments) as a potential reseller.  Lots of folks sell stuff
new on ebay, in quanites, so they have a good  wholesale source(s)

the site you listed is not what I would call prices allowing a margin
for resale....  nor is it a OEM or distributor for the manufacturers.
