Hello padua-ga,
Here is the main page of the Facultad de Ciencia, Tecnología y
Ambiente:
"Facultad de Ciencia, Tecnología y Ambiente"
Universidad Centroamericana
http://www.uca.edu.ni/facultades/ciencia_tecnologia/index.html
I checked all of the links, and found two pages with photographs of
the same building, which appears to be the building you have
described.
"Centro de Investigación de Ecosistemas Acuáticos"
Universidad Centroamericana
http://www.uca.edu.ni/centros/cidea/index.html
"Centro de Biología Molecular"
Universidad Centroamericana
http://www.uca.edu.ni/centros/biologiamolecular/index.html
I did not find any other photographs of this building (nor,
unfortunately, any image of the plaque) on the university's web site,
but I assume that these photographs will suffice. If I have
mistakenly provided photographs of the wrong building, I would be
happy to do some additional searching.
I hope that this information is helpful.

Dear Justaskscott-ga,
Thk you for your work and prompt reply. Unfor'ly I cannot display
either photo! Can you re-send the photo's you have found in a jpg or
other easy to display format. My system uses Windows ME as op system
and some current but not latest version of Explorer.
Thx,
Padua-ga
PS is it a white 3 or 4 story buidling? Thx again. Good Work - I
think! This is real impt for me as a position may ride on my being
able to show this building!

I could not access these pages now either, perhaps because of local
electricity problems as you said. When the site returns, I will post
links to the individual jpegs. (I don't think that I can copy these
jpegs to another, more stable, site. I don't know about Nicaguaran
copyright laws, but I assume that, as I believe to be true in the
United States, I cannot copy these images for my economic gain.)
In any event, it is indeed a new-looking white 3 or 4 story building
that is depicted in these images.

The UCA site is still not working. In the meantime, I checked the
Google caches of these pages. They do not show the jpegs, but do
indicate their addresses:
www.uca.edu.ni/centros/CIDEA/images/cidea1.jpg
http://www.uca.edu.ni/centros/biologiamolecular/img/edificio.jpg
Small versions of these jpegs are cached on Google's image search.
Unfortunately, until the original pages return, you can't see them
actual size.
