Anticquaries or Anticquaties or Antikwaries

I believe the term you mean is "antiquaries" and there are portraits
available on the internet from the 1480s.  This was during the
Renaissance and there are numerous examples.

The Web Gallery of Portraits search for 1451-1500 in portraits
resulted in 143 images found.  The results page is located at

 The image viewer for each brings the image up in a larger file so
that the painting may be more closely examined.  I reviewed the entire
list to find you the examples within 5 +- years from 1480:

Stafford, 2nd Duke of Buckingham (ex 1483).  Possibly by Jacobus
Houbracken but there may be others.
