I'm looking for a web service that provides online "patient
satisfaction surveys", specifically geared to the medical,
chiropractic or dental professions. The service should assist in
designing (providing standard "templates") as well as "host" the
surveys, track the data and present it securely to the doctors or
providers. Help with interpreting results should be available as an
option.

I have already found the following two, so I'm looking for any others
besides these:

·	Here’s a company that specializes in building dentists’ web sites,
and includes a survey feature. http://www.tntdental.com/portfolio.htm
.
·	Patient Satisfaction survey – this look s better;
http://www.webdatacard.com/Solutions/surveying/PatientSatisfaction.asp

Please provide at least 1 additional company which does this, and 1 or
more recent independent reviews of their service (or a review of
WebDataCard).

Well, you did answer the first part of my question (provide at least 1
additional company...), but what about the second part? - provide 1
independent review of one of these service (either one of those you
listed or the one I listed (WebDataCard).

Do you recommend anywhere else to search for this besides Googe?

thanks!

oops... Sorry, I just missed that part. In fact I was writing it when
I saw your request for clarification. I don't think you need to go
anywhere else besides Google. I'll say, "Google is a One Stop Shop"
for all info you need. And now I've started believing that if we are
not able get info using Google, then it is very difficult to get
outside it. :)
Now regarding the review. I checked the WebDataCard, and I really feel
that this is a real cool company with a very easy way of getting the
survey done. The prices are also competitive. The methodology is also
simple and easy to follow. Not at all complex to work with them.
I also checked SurveyZ.com site. This site looks impressive too, but
when I checked the pricing option, it seems that its costly, very
restricted and not flexible like WebDataCard. Check this link to find
out more options for their pricing [
http://www.surveyz.com/akira/showPricing.do ]
They do provide various kinds of medical surveys but if you are going
to provide the survey questions to them, then I'll suggest WebDataCard
otherwise this site. Surveyz.com has a good inventory of questions for
surveys. But then when it comes to pricing, I don't prefer this site.
Now its your call to go for WebDataCard or Surveyz.com.
If you are looking for money and no limits in any sort of survey
parameters, then I recommend WebDataCard else surveyz.com

I hope my clarification will help you in coming to the final decision.
Feel free to ask for clarifications and don't forget to rate this
answer.

Thanks

well, what I meant by "independent review" was to find an article on
the web reviewing one of the survey services - not for the answer
person to write a review. But maybe I wasn't clear.
