Dear Steve,

I located another manufacturer in Australia. It is a major
manufacturer, and probably able to provide the sizes you mentioned.
However, it doesn't detail the sizes it could provide.

The chemically toughened process i am looking for is a process of
heating glass and then cooling it in a chemical bath, so that when it
cools it is stronger than float glass, but breaks in large pieces,
rather than in hundreds of little pieces.
