Hello and thank you for your question.

I discovered the following during my search on these search terms:
"Formwal Traffiguard"
Formwal
Traffiguard
"Hitchins GUNAC"
"Hitchins New Zealand Ltd"
Traffigard

First I dicovered that there are many misspellins of this product on
the web.
The actual name of the product is Traffigard

This seems to be a well received product, I could not find one
negative comment about it anywhere and all the websites I found it
mentioned on seemed very reliable.

The manufacturer's head office is in New Zealand

Good morning. The information provided is very good and I thank you
very much for doing such thorough research. We have heard that the
most likely cause of failure with this product is with the glue which
is the first coat in the application stage. Could you please find out?

Sorry snooze52-ga, I have searched for more information on failure of
this product and have found no information.
The closest thing I have found is on UNIROOF International's web site
where they mention Precautions, For Best Results (last two paragraphs
on the right)
and their 10 yr warranty (last paragraph on the right)
http://www.traffigard.com/page3.html

I called a local roofing specialist (Pennsylvania, USA) to see if he
had any information on this product. Although he had never heard of
this particular product he pointed out that surface preparation is
extremely important with any of these systems, the cleaner and dryer
the surface the less potential problems will arise.

Thank you - you helped me find more information than I had been able
to in a timely fashion which assisted the decision making process for
the purchase of our new home.
