I am using php to present .swf files in the browser.

I want to pre-load the .swf files into the internet file cache
directory before I play them.  What is the best way to put these files
into internet cache directory? A way which takes seconds to download
rather than minutes.

My current implementation is very inefficient.  It sometimes takes
over 5 minutes to download just tens of kilobytes.
