I'm doing a benchmark study on international prices of content
creation (Cost of Creation per SKU, in dollars)for content enablement
for e-marketplaces (B2B).  I need at least 3 prices, indicating the
source of the information and if possible level of service
(description of SKU).

Note: When we talk about "content creation" we are talking about the
service of producing electronic catalog from different sources of
information about products (say, product name, attributes, price,
picture, etc.) in different formats (say, paper, electronic, etc.) an
electronic catalog (e-catalog). The basic unit in the industry is the
SKU or Stock Keeping Unit.
There are different "Content Service Providers" or marketplaces
tehmselves who provide this service to companies (eg., suppliers) when
they are joining marketplaces (supplier enablement).
